Testing options

PAS has all the necessary testing facilities for your special parts. Here we give you some insight:

• Profile projector
• Spectral analysis of all widely used materials and their constituents
• Vickers and Rockwell hardness testing
• X-ray fluorescence analysis for measurement of surface layer thickness
• Grinding options for determination of structure (metallographic assessment)
• Torque test

100% sorting

On request, we will carry out an optoelectronic 100% sorting according to your special features. In this way, you can achieve your ppm target of zero defect rate.

Initial sampling

The initial sampling enables you to assure yourselves of our product quality prior to the start of series production. VDA Volume 2 and PPAP Level 3 are generally used. We can, of course, also carry out initial sampling according to your special specifications.
